boo hoo

So... I wanted to talk to ferrerman. I wanted to personally call him out for being so petty and small as to post under someone else's REAL NAME.

For some reason, he is incapable of understanding why we might consider this a threat.

Also, he's denying it, but too many of us SAW IT to fall for that!!! Plus I kept a screenshot which I will provide to anyone I trust who asks for it.

Newsflash, asshole! When you post the PERSONAL INFORMATION of someone with whom you're fighting on a public forum, you're being agressive and threatening to that person, you're using fear as a weapon. How can that NOT be seen as a threat?

Now, I had no way of conversing with him other than on Topix, so I decided to comment on his blog, knowing that he moderates his comments and could read my comments and choose to publish them or not.

Unsurprisingly, instead of getting my point that his actions were threatening and SCARY, he chose to see my comments as "taunts" (though I admit that I did freely call him a chickenshit coward and an asshole, which are only my true opinions of him)

Further, when I used examples in the hopes of getting him to realize how frightening his actions were, he still didn't understand where I was coming from. I'm sure he thought I was taunting him some more but I was trying to help him grow a little empathy, to see things from MY point of view. But no joy.

Seriously, he just doesn't understand why we consider his actions threatening. And that scares me even more.

So, basically, I am a "liar" and a "cunt"

But I have lied about NOTHING.

His actions were threatening and caused REAL FEAR.

I don't know why he finds that so hard to understand.

He claims to be "done with" us. One can only hope. I for one will believe it when I see it.

IMNSHO I think he lacks empathy and has no object constancy. Meaning that once he get angry at someone, he can do WHATEVER he wants: name call, threaten, mock, etc., etc. Since object constancy should be learned by the time one is three years old, those not possessing that trait remain forever infantile and have temper tantrums when they don't get their way.

I also figure he feels very empty as a person, because a more secure person wouldn't take things so personally. Why does someone care SO MUCH about the unadulterated acceptance of one online community? There are so many! I'm guessing this is his modus operandi, and he's repeated it over and over throughout time.

It's sad, really.

Ok, I didn't feel like posting this on Topix because I didn't want to start anything again, but it has been brought to my attention that some people might see me as a "double agent" of sorts because of some of the posts that I left on "his" blog. I just want to address those.

Most of them have been generic posts, not really harmful to anyone, just laughing at some things, whatever. There are a few, however, where I do go against the "regs". Now, I'm not going to pretend that I didnt write that. I just wanted to say that when I did go off on Rational and Angelique it was when I got torn a new one about hijacking the threads from Rash, and then Angel said something about codependents anon, so I was pissed. I acted irrationally. I should have calmed down before I went and posted in a rage, but it is what it is and I can't change that.

I just wanted ya'll to know that I do find what he did to be incredibly disrespectful and he totally crossed the line. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I should have just trusted ya'll that he was no good.

I apologize for offending any of the regs or innies and I hope that you will accept it and forgive me.

Great, Roo!

Now I have "Secret Agent Man" stuck in my head!

GRRR!

Seriously, we all get a bit irrational (pun sooooo intended) on occasion.

And it is ENTIRELY up to each of us to come to our own conclusions about people.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, personally. I'm often let down, yet I do it over and again. (Not that I'm careless about it and there IS a line)

Guess I'm a bit naive. But I'd rather get hurt once in a while than cut myself off from all new people b/c of the actions and opinions of others.

Love ya, honey.

I've decided to join the masses. If anyone's just dying to know all the juicy stuff you don't get to read about on Topix - http://itsallabouttheroo.blogspot.com/

Enjoy.

Awesomely worded BTW Roo. Make sure that you bounce over to mine as well.

Thanks for the link, EEE.

Regarding Fer, I thought I was pretty nice to him when he posted about me, even offering him lists of all the things I did during my 3 days free. But somehow he turned it around and decided that I "took umbrage" and complained about it for days.

It's embarrassing to see a man in his 50s act like he's about 14. Worse, he acts like a vindictive 14-year-old girl.

I feel for Terri. I'm not afraid of him down here in Texas, but I understand why those of you who live close by are.

For the record - I never leave anonymous comments on anyone's blog.

Not that they get posted at all. Fer, especially, doesn't like to allow me to speak.

Fer hasn't published ANY of my comments, even the ones where I didn't use his or his friends' names as examples of his own actions. And NONE of my comments to him have been anonymous (as much as he bitches about my comments in his "Anonymous" post.

Whatever. I don't understand these people who can defend him after this.
